Airport courtesy shuttle van is very accommodating. The front desk people, Van driver & housekeeping are awesome to work with. Our family prefers to stay here whenever we are in Juneau for Dr. appts or shopping.

The hotel is located in a good area, close to restaurants and caffès. However, it is very old. The electric outlets are faulty and a fire hazard. The bathroom was not clean and the breakfast offered was lacking. Staff was not helpful, somehow rude and I hope I will not have to stay there again.

Adequate stay close to the airport. Free airport shuttle although walking distance to airport if needed. Near a homeless encampment and panhandlers near the entrance to hotel. The hotel has been redone recently and was clean.

The pick up point was the Alaska Marine ferry in Auke Bay - about 12 miles from City Center. Van was large and very clean. Shuttle serves both ferry and airport.
