Some challenges getting in touch with hotel management as we had access issues. On the plus, they were polite and did do their best to be helpful once we connected. "Die Anzeige zeigt teilweise eine andere Möblierung. Das ist nicht wirklich schlimm. Aber es gibt Löcher in den Wänden, die !Eingabgstür aus Glas lässt sich nur mit Gewalt schliessen. Viele Sockelleisten sind defekt und stark verschmutzt. Die Spülmaschine war eklig verdreckt. Ebenso der Kühlschrank. Wir haben alles was wir benutzt haben vorher von Hand gespült.Der Fußboden im Bad war so schmutzig, als ob man im Wald läuft. Den haben wir geputzt und das Bad nicht barfuß betreten.Insgesamt alles...

She had to repeat sentences several times and verbally got insulting. I informed her later that she shouldn't treat hotel guests like this, and she did not apologize!"
