「Had a great stay at this hotel. Very nice roof top pool, nice roof top restaurant. Great location with nice views. Stay were kind and helpful. Rooms were clean, cute. Small in size but we had just a standard room. For our purpose we were ok with the small space. My only issue with the room and we stayed in two different rooms, was there was a weird order. I am not sure if this was due to the humidity/dampness of being near the jungle, but both our rooms had a wire smell. It was ok and we...

「I really enjoyed my stay. Everyone was nice and helpful. Air conditioning was great to have, and the breakfasts were delicious. The area around it can be noisy at night, so I was glad I brought earplugs. Obviously the hotel cannot control that, but something to consider.」

「We had an allergy problem. My son is allergic to tree nuts and peanuts. We made the staff and gm aware if it right away. They have all good labeled but had a chicken dish that said chicken and fruit. Come to find out it had Brazil nuts in it. As my son was taking his first bite of chicken ( it was in his mouth). The staff ran out with a fresh piece of chicken and told him it had Brazil nuts in it. When we questioned the GM she said that Brazil nuts are not tree nuts which they are in fact....
