“Room was not clean. There was hair everywhere, especially in the bathrooms. Service by the beach was slow and took a long time for chairs / umbrella to even be acquired. Walls were so thin I could hear room neighbors doing the bare minimum of talking. Valet service was nice at arrival but ignored opening doors / closing doors after the initial arrival. “The property as a whole was very nice. The staff was fantastic except the beach chair people. Those people are very aggressive. If your condo doesn’t include the resort fee, they charge you for the chairs. If you leave the chairs for longer than an hour they sell them to someone one else and you lose the chairs. The condo was very roomy. The beds and definitely the pillows need an upgrade. The condo was fairly clean, not great. You can tell they hurry through the cleaning process. The……
