「I wasn’t even able to stay there , When I arrived in Jalapa I text the host to let her know I arrived and there was no response. I later text the host again about 6 pm on the day of arrival and there was still no response. I decided to drive to the location to see if there was something I was missing . I took pictures of the residence to prove I actual was there . I’m asking for a refund please. 」

「Staying at this house in El Salvador was an unforgettable experience—truly a 10 out of 10. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how clean, stylish, and well-maintained the property was. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and made check-in effortless, which really set the tone for a relaxing stay. The ambiance was peaceful and every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort. Even though I only stayed one night, it was more than enough to know I’ll be coming back....

「This is THE spot to be when visiting Chalchuapa. My family and I stayed here for a week, and were welcomed by a very attentive and inviting duo; Toney (the host) and Noe (the property manager).
