“Looked like an almost new property, but unfortunately cleanliness was not great.”

“This property was wonderful to stay at. The breakfast was awesome - lots of option and fresh! The rooms we booked where great and very comfortable. The place was also quiet. We traveled with our dog for the first time and wasn't sure what to expect but the staff greeted us kindly and loved seeing our pup. Would stay here again for sure!”

“It stated with an extra fee added on right at check in. The room was….broken tiles, broken plumbing, only one channel on the tv, paint stains, cracked everything, warm mildew smell, standing water in the floor in the bathroom without even using any of the plumbing, dead spiders, rusted everything, sound of interstate….. I can go on. I’ve stayed in many cheap motels but they have never been this bad. I would say you get what you pay for, but if that was the case, this room should pay the……

“The staff has been very friendly. The room has plenty of space and almost feels like renting a 1br apt. I genuinely like it here and am glad we picked this. ”

“It's literally right off the freeway, so if your not used to loud noises/cars at night I suggest book elsewhere. If you have never stayed in a motel or any place where you open the front door of a bedroom the first thing you see is black parking lot concrete instead of a hallway with other doors of other rooms... I suggest book elsewhere. If you don't have preference for smoking vs non-smoking room, you will automatically get put in a smoking room... I didn't have a preference :( not to……

“Continental breakfast, safe and easy parking. Especially the staff got and told me that the car trunk was not fully closed and helped to fix the problem.”

“Prior to booking it shows Hot Breakfast included but there was NO HOT BREAKFAST provided!!!”

“Everything is super dirty, even the floor.. when you walk around your bed your socks get dirty. The blankets were dirty too.. the bathroom was filthy.. never again”

“RUN AWAY from this place. Booked here without knowing the area and we didn’t end up staying the night. You couldn’t pay me to stay the night here. The smell in the room was vomit-inducing and I guess they tried to cover it up with cleaning product? There was broken glass in the parking lot and multiple severely damaged cars. The door handle to the room was practically falling off of the door. The pool was empty and the elevators do not work so good luck if you get a room on 5th floor. Felt very……

“First stay at a Candlewood and we were very impressed. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good sized room with a good kitchen layout. TV was simple to use. Fantastic coffee machines in the foyer with great coffee. Zero sound in the room so had a great sleep. Will definitely stay at Candlewood again. Alsp bacon for breakfast was awesome. ”

“We had NO hot water!!! Staff was less than hospitable and did not make any attempts to compensate for the inconvenience of no hot water for showers ”
