Construction Notice:
* A neighboring unit will be undergoing construction from 11/03/25 to 01/16/26. General noise-related work is permitted Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Excessive-noise activities (including jackhammers and similar equipment) are limited to 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays. Any work during weekends, holidays, or outside these hours requires written approval from the Resident Manager and is only allowed for emergencies.
