Kable hotels in Strasbourg

"Guests are not allowed to use the refrigerator; if you want to use it, you have to pay 10 euros. I paid 250 euros per room per night. The minibar is off-limits; if you want to eat anything, you have to pay a 100 euro deposit. Most five-star hotels include this in the room rate. When I asked if they could remove items from the refrigerator so I could store yogurt and medicine, the hotel said they could, but I would have to pay an extra 10 euros. The room was very old. The air conditioning didn't work; I asked the hotel to fix it, but they sent a fan instead. The curtains wouldn't open. When showering, the hot water suddenly turned cold. This is a five-star hotel? It doesn't deserve five stars; two stars would suffice. I feel terrible; it was a really bad experience."

"This is a great hotel if you're traveling by train. The station is right next to it. I was afraid there would be noise, hustle and bustle, but no, everything around is incredibly clean and quiet, and the entire city is within walking distance. I was amazed by the authentic French breakfast and the staff at the hotel. Thanks to the team, everything was great."

"Very nice hotel, very clean very friendly staff. The hotel has a great bar with nice desserts for late night cap. The rooms are beautiful and very quiet. Great shower & bath. We didn’t use the spa, it was also little too expensive but we took a peek and it’s quite nice. "

"Rooms are nice but a bit spartan. The gym is very well equipped and the pool and saunas are very nice and inviting. Had drinks at the bar with Bartender Jean who is excellent and made our stay personable and fun. Breakfast buffet was awesome, made it hard to choose from so many delicious items. Had a great time and definitely recommend! Thank you Athena! "
