Open the patio screen door and you can hear the creek nearby, which is fun to explore. Restaurant on premises w lobby that has vino, snacks and any items you may need. Great place to stay in Oak Creek Canyon."

"Overall we enjoyed the flat. Loved the location, hot tub and views. After a long day of hiking, it was amazing to get into the hot tub and relax. We had some chilly nights and the heat didn’t work. We tried calling but because it is a rental agency it was hard to get through. We didn’t mind that there wasn’t a kitchen, but we like to have coffee and breakfast at home and there were no mugs and dishes. It’s all about the location for this place. Hiking right outside the door."

"Nice setting next to Oak Creek, we enjoyed late afternoon sitting on deck next to creek reading and listening to music and having a beer. Unit was as advertised and good for our 4 night stay. Roads getting there were bad, many horrible potholes (filled on day before we left) - minor inconvenience. This was our 4th time to Sedona - loved it as always and looking forward to next time."

"This was an absolutely fantastic spot. We had great communication from the owner, excellent location (you have no neighbors to worry about, just trains) and a spectacular unit. You will hear trains, that is an unavoidable truth. I would take the train noise any day if it meant staying here again. As far as I’m concerned this is the standard I’ll be weighing my future accommodations against, end of story."
