Although the weather did not cooperate enough for us to experience the famous mountain views, the exceptional hospitality more than made up for it. "This is the most wonderful country hotel, perfectly situated with so many amazing amenities. I swam in the heated pool in the middle of winter. I didn't have a bathing costume but could buy one at a very low price. Sham our walking guide was fantastic. All the staff without exception were friendly and helpful. The hotel somehow discovered it was my birthday and made birthday cake for me, and all came to sing happy birthday. That was so touching, unexpected and wonderful - thank you! My room was absolutely beautiful. I hope to return one day soon."

"This hotel gets five stars for its views! But its also clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you can, ask for an end room on any floor, ending in a 5...they have the best views. Only drawback, it's a 15 walk into the centre of town and not reccomended at night."
