“Great property with all its amenities. The staff were super helpful all round from check in, to the restaurant and even our super unusual request (handling our son's small bike to transfer to another resort) at the end that was fulfilled with a smile! Cons: alacarte dining can take a loooooongg time when they are also preping their buffet. If you are in a hurry you may be better dining enroute to your destination. You will need your transport to get around easily as its set quite far and deep……

“Fantastic staff took care of us exceptionally well”

“It’s good property for you vocation.”

“They charge for a 5 star experience and provide you with a 2 star experience. Everything is too expensive for the facilties that they provide. The place and location is good, rest everything is just mediocre. ”

“The setting is beautiful, quiet, amidst lush nature. The arrangements are eco friendly, yet extremely comfortable. Love the views over the valley from the cabin veranda. Staff is courteous and helpful. The naturalists and nature hikes are outstanding. Food is excellent with so many choices. Definitely recommend highly.”

“Very friendly staff, well maintained, good food choices in restaurant & In Room Dining. The property looks dated, rooms FF&E need upgrades.”

“I stayed at this hotel in Coorg for 2 nights with 2 rooms booked through Expedia. The experience was extremely disappointing due to repeated electricity outages, no WiFi, lack of customer support, dirty rooms, insects, foul smell, and no proper hot water facility. My younger sister became very scared multiple times because of the constant power trips during the night. Due to safety and comfort concerns, all of us had to sleep together in one bedroom for both nights.”

“Great stay! Exceptional service and food. A memorable holiday truly!”
