Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Room clean and comfortable!
The accommodation was very clean . The staff very polite and friendly. Only the food was not hot it was warm. I normally like hot food. Will give the staff 5 stars accommodation 5 stars and food 4 stars.
We had a mixed stay: three rooms, all with slightly different experiences. One room was fantastic, but the other two had minor issues. The hotel was battling with the national power issues which meant that air conditioning was rarely on. The hotel consists of villa rooms which make the whole site very pleasant. Unfortunately (entirely outside the hotel’s control) weekend stays may be noisy due to a nearby music venue and the railway runs nearby (the railway doesn’t run many trains but if you coincide with a train running by at night then your sleep will be interrupted: thankfully the national railways are in a parlours state and trains seem to run rarely!)
The peacocks wandering round the site are a nice touch.

Old, aging infrastructure, pleasant service
The checkin process was good, though there was a misunderstanding on the room allocation versus the booking. We happily paid cash for the extra room. Our bathtub was old, noisy and the shower extension continuously leaked water. There was no facility for a standing shower..I was not happy about that at all!
This place has been run down terribly. Most amenities don't work. There was no hot water and when I reported, I was offered a bucket of hot water collected from somewhere. Bath towels are old and stained. The staff is insulting and tired. My stay was horrible. I had to get dinner elsewhere but when I returned my parking area was taken. Several cars blocked my bay. Owners were partying in the adjacent villa. I will not go there again
Room and surroundings was clean, wery comfortable, great breakfast, nice personel.
WiFi works at high speeds everywhere. Close to the center. Huge complex really suitable for conferences. Nice stop on the way to Bulawayo.

I had booked the room online they had no recognition of that on there records, even if when I tried to get room service I had to persuade the restaurant head order something ,preference was the kitchen is closed, after gentle persuasion he managed, No room service was charged when I ordered room service for the morning they had no recognition that my deal included bed and breakfast then they charged me room service.
This is one of Zimbabwe's smarter hotels where most things work! It was lovely to have air conditioning, and hot and cold water all the time, even if the bathroom door did stick a bit! The breakfast was impressive. However the price was obnoxious, and not justified. We will have to think twice before using the hotel again as it was far more expensive than the others we used.
The hotel lies between the main roads and railway line which means it can be noisy.
The staff, without exception, were most anxious to please.
