“Currently here again in Masmavi - our 8th visit. Can't wait to book again next year. The hotel, the food and everyone that works in Masmavi have made our holiday amazing again! Special shout out to Guest Relations Ulas Yaman and Serdar who were super efficient and any issues resolved immediately. The two tennis coaches were simply fantastic - Emre and Engin. Their tennis lessons are of a very high standard and off the court they're the nicest guys you could meet. And lastly our lovely room maid……

“Winter season vs summer season is a big difference in options. Winter has only 1 restaurant in the all inclusive as a buffet. The other restaurants are pay to eat if they are even open. Activities also limited in winter. Still a very beautiful place and overall staff was nice. Only hiccup was being sent to belek city center in the evening which was kind of expensive by cab, and by the time we got there everything was closed with a few exceptions and it felt a little unsafe. “Great hotel with nice heated pools, aquapark and restaurants. Food is truly amazing. We choose pool room and have 2 kids and I don’t recommend these rooms if you have kids. The hotel is huge and hard to walk to pools, beach and other areas from these rooms. Buggies are not available all the time. In fact, for 2 days we couldn’t catch a buggy without waiting at least 20 mins. Other staff helped us a few times to get around and they also helped us complain about this. Next days buggies were fast……

“You get what you pay for, very cheap but the room was large with a nice tv although only 1 English news Channel and a large walk in shower, nowhere really to eat unless you go to land of legends”

“Del hotel me gustó el trato que dan a los animales .Son verdaderamente pet friendly. Del personal hay algunos que son muy amables y simpáticos ,otros no tanto .La comida poco variada Destacar que en 5 días que estuve, no se limpió mi habitación ,solo vaciaron las papeleras , pero el suelo y cambio de toallas,no fue hecho .Quizás por ello me pillé una gastroenteritis. Si vas en busca de silencio y tranquilidad , este no es un buen hotel para ello.”

“The hotel has gone backwards form last year. There was no AC in any rooms and outside the rooms the AC was working. Buffet was standard and nothing special. ”
