Terrible service and deceitful adverts
"I did not stay atvthe hotel because on my arrival atvthe hotel, I was told thete was no room for me. The said they do not honour bookings done online or through a 3rd party such as hotel.com, hence I was left stranded and had get a taxi to physically look for another hotel. Its such a bad service ..."

"I paid for this hotel at 5pm on 12th June but was told by the front desk lady named Rose at 7pm when I called that the hotel was sold out. She said she’d also communicated to Hotels.com, but I still don’t have a refund and nobody called to apologize for this error. Hotels.com can you pls get back ..."
