The unit has pickleball paddles that you can use to play at the courts located in the community. You will also find beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers (one with wheels), boogie boards, and beach toys included for your beach trips.
This condo has so much to offer. The living room has brand new furniture, and we just installed a quiet split air conditioning system in 2019 for the living, kitchen, and loft area (primary bedroom has its own AC). The condo has a King platform bed in the primary bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the open loft bedroom. The condo gets great trade winds so the good news is you don't need AC very often, so you can relax to the feel of the beautiful Hawaiian air.. There are three flat screen TVs - located in the living room, and both bedrooms (the living room is a 40" HD TV & includes Showtime). Digital HD cable and WiFi are included.
Additionally, we have a free, reserved parking space, Gated community and 24 hour security, our community and condo are 100% smoke-free, and we have 24/7 property management to ensure you have everything you need!

The resorts pool/sauna are for their guests only. We have 3 heated, wonderful pools in our community (one just steps from the condo) so you won't miss that. When you are in Hawaii, get out and enjoy the beaches or the walking paths - it is one big "workout room"!
The condo is a wonderful place to make your vacation home base enjoyable as you take in the beauty of the North Shore! You are surrounded by two world class championship golf courses which are available for the golfers in the group; and there are two free tennis courts (bring your racket) right in our community.
Condo includes a washer and dryer, hair dryers (2), iron & ironing board, start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The surrounding beautiful beaches are just a quick walk from your front door. The sheltered Kuilima Cove is a great place to enjoy swimming, surfing, snorkeling, or just relaxing. In addition to this cove, there are 5 miles of secluded beachfront and 15 miles of forested trails and biking, walking, and hiking paths for you to explore. We recommend that you visit all the North Shore beaches during your getaway - all are unique and beautiful!
You will enjoy all the beaches the location has to offer, close to 2 championship golf courses, tennis courts in our community, numerous walking/hiking/running trails, horseback riding, restaurants, to name a few of all the activities in the area.
You are close to great sightseeing (all within a 10-25 minute drive) - Polynesian Cultural Center, Waimea Valley and Waimea Falls, historic Haleiwa (quaint shops including world famous Matsumoto's Shave Ice, art galleries, restaurants, beaches), Dole Plantation, North Shore Zip Line-CLIMB Works Keana Farms, Kualoa Ranch (horseback tours, ATV tours, movie/TV sites and ranch tours, etc.); and to places where surfing became legendary (the Seven Mile Miracle) - including Pipeline (Ehukai Beach), Sunset Beach, and Waimea Bay. Skydiving and Glider rides are available at Dillingham Airfield for the more adventurous!

◆ The Hawaiian Islands have some of the most remote and benign tropical rainforests in the world. Although we have regular pest control, like any moist and fertile environment, you may find some ants, mosquitoes, roaches and critters like little geckos that share this beautiful world with humans. To keep out bugs, remember to close the doors right after entering. Don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables and avoid eating at the bed because ants are really smart and fast. Remember that although geckos may scare you, they are our friends and help to eat the bugs.
