「This isn’t a terrible property & is perfect for budget travelers. I suggest renting a car because it is a hour drive from OGG airport. One of the most aggravating things is not being able to talk to someone in an office, especially when you need fresh towels or a little housekeeping. I would rate my stay at seven out of 10. Pros: Economical, less than a 5 min walk to the beach, nice balcony with a cute garden view Cons: No TV!!!, older accommodations and apparently the floor in unit above us...

「Great location near Paia shops and short walk to Mama's Fish House, & beach. Enjoyed our stay at Kuau Plaza. The condo was just as described and pictured. Nicely furnished & decorated. Comfy bed, everything you could need in the kitchen, nice bathroom...all looked brand new! Although right next to the road, we barely heard the traffic. We would stay here again.」

「Excellent apartment. Very well equipped with everything you need. Nice ocean view patio where we saw humpback whales in the bay. Right across the street from a beautiful sandy beach with sea turtles. Complex had a nice pool, hot tub and bbqs. Excellent location in Kehei. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Overall, our stay was good. We did have a couple of issues while there. First of all, the dryer was not working, but a couple of phone calls got a maintenance technician out to repair it. While there he also replaced the refrigerator light bulb which blew on day 2. He didn't have the correct bulb, but used a substitute which was considerably dimmer, but worked. The last issue was a lack of any kind of mixing and/or serving bowls. We made do with baking pans, etc., but still, no bowls? 」
