"The property is superb. My family would definitely stay here again if we were to come to fuji again. The house is more than complete. Amenities are super complete or should i say more than we needed. I would rate this is house 200/100. Love the fact that the owner Mr Seiji himself greated us during check in. Speaks fluent English and explained everything about the house in detailed during our arrival. Highly recommend this place!"

"Beautiful property, the host will wait for you to check-in even if you encounter delays on your journey up to Kawaguchiko. The cottages were extremely clean and cozy, with a small soaking tub right outside of the bathroom. There are a few walkable Onsen nearby open late and there is a phenomenal Oden restaurant nearby open till 11pm."

"The hotel is extremely spacious, super clean and has all the household needs. More importantly, the owner couple is very nice! We asked them to call for the taxi, they drove us to where we needed instead for free! You can see the Mt. Fuji from the upper balcony very clearly! Would recommend everyone to come to this hotel!"

"100% perfect view of Fuji-san!! Short walk from Kawaguchiko Station and the route is generally flat and well lit at night. The property was very modern and minimalist. Room was clean but had some drain flies in the toilet. Very spacious and can easily fit four adults and luggage. Walls were not very sound-proof but was still acceptable. "

"We had the wonderful opportunity to stay at their newest resort Tocoro Resort & Glamping. The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and ensured everything was taken care of. The area surrounding the cabin and the cabin itself were beautiful. Oh yes, and the food! Compliments to the chef for going above and beyond to meet our vegetarian diet. This place is a gem in the woods. We had a memorable time!"

"Units were spotless and comfortable and communication with staff for any queries we had were handled quickly and proficiently. Only negative is that the railway line ran right behind the property.
