"This house wasn’t just a rental, it had been some one’s home, and it felt that way. The house was as described. It was comfortable and roomy. We used this as our base to explore Zion and Bryce. At night we enjoyed the hot tub and clear skies with lots of stars. Lindsey was a great host and checked in on us to make sure everything was as we expected and responded quickly to any questions. An added bonus that we really enjoyed, were the friendly cats on the property. They greeted us every morning...

"We enjoyed this cute tiny house. It was perfect for me and my 11 year old daughter as we didn't need a lot of space. One night we ate dinner on the porch. It was a few min drive to downtown Kanab about about 15 min drive to Best Friends Animal sanctuary where we volunteered. The only down side of the house if the air handling system is noisy and right above the bed."

"Off-grid is not for everyone but for those of us who love it, this was a gem! It reminded me of cabins when I was a kid in the 80's; everything you need with none of the extras. I brought a very senior dog with me and the trails were heaven for her. We were able to do daily "hikes" that were her speed. My young dog was able to explore and even built the owners their very own stick collection. Kaitlin and her husband have created a unique little paradise with all the essentials."
