「This was a great location and the property was very nice. The one thing we didn't like was having only one towel each for a 4-5 day stay. I did call and receive another towel in a timely manner but have two towels a piece in the room ahead of time, would have been nice. The response though was excellent. Customer service is excellent via email and phone. 」

「This was a great spot to be near the beach, places to eat, and relax without needing to drive anywhere. I did rent a car to get over to Ewa Beach, but the parking at the zoo was super easy. The place is just as described. I slept well on the comfortable bed, really enjoyed the deck on the 10th floor, ate at nearby restaurants, and walked to see the sunsets. Thanks to the kind desk management who answered my questions, were friendly, and even had a beach chair and umbrella for me to use. 」
