“We stayed in Room #1 in the main building w/ shared bathrooms. Upon arrival, I couldn’t find the front office. A guest told me I should have received an email or text with the room code and check-in instructions. I never received either. Since I booked through Expedia, I also checked for messages there but found nothing. When I contacted the owner about not receiving the check-in information, she didn’t seem concerned.
