Amazing, Family-Friendly Accommodations in Kailua-Kona

We had a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree! The condo was exactly as described, clean, and very comfortable. The on site amenities – pool, hot tub, lounge chairs and barbeques were well maintained. We appreciated that ample towels, kitchenware, and detergents were provided in the unit.The instructions for accessing the building were very clear, and the check-out process was a breeze, especially with the late check-out option (for a fee). The view from the balcony was spectacular – my husband even spotted a humpback whale and some spinner dolphins! The covered (dedicated) parking and elevator were also greatly appreciated, making our daily comings and goings stress-free.Having access to beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards saved us the time and expense of renting equipment - letting us enjoy ever minute of our time on the Big Island.Mahalo for a wonderful holiday. We hope to return again in the future!

Watch surfers and fish from the balcony

Nice little neighborhood. Mini mart right across the street. There is ocean access right next to the building. Bring foot protection if you're headed into the water. Parking was perfect. People were friendly. I missed the access information email and they were easy to contact and get the information resent while we were on the way to the condo.
