Everything was wonderful and what we expected. Such a beautiful location and arrangements. The only thing missing was air conditioning, but we’re in Hawaii! The open windows and breeze were a nice welcome.

Perfect location

Beautiful place right next to the Ocean. No AC but the place was well ventilated and it didn't matter. Would stay there again. Enjoyed the sunsets!

Seriously - we have stayed on the Big Island many times and this is one of the best properties we have had the pleasure of enjoying. It is so well kept and beautiful with an amazing view! We loved staying here! Beds comfy, kitchen well stocked, quiet resort, and great communication with Kona Coast Vacations who manage the property! Highly recommend if you want to enjoy the Kona area!

What a view

Amazing views!

All the comforts of home. The amenities we great. We loved having the option for laundry (in unit) and the lighted pickleball courts. Only downside is their is no air conditioning, but many fans helped and it wasn’t an issue.

Beautiful Condo

This is our second stay at Surf and Racquet and first time in this unit. It was perfect. Beautiful lanai with corner views, well appointed kitchen, and comfortable bed. The location is great, a bit up from the traffic and noise of Kona but close that’s it’s an easy drive away. We will be back!

Great location and unit!

Our first trip to the big island and we loved our stay here. This is a very clean and comfortable unit. The lanai is fabulous and we’d love to return. You are close to neighbors, which can be a factor since it’s a windows open type environment, but the unit feels as secluded as can be given proximity to others and it wasn’t an issue for most of our time there.

Wow! Simply Stunning

The pictures of the condo don't do it justice. The sunset views from the balcony were unbelievable, we saw spinner dolphins, whales, and so much more right from the comfort of the balcony! With amazing snorkeling only minutes away and restaurants nearby as well this place is everything you want in a vacation property! After 3 weeks we are finding it hard to leave!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice property with a great view. Good furnishings and amenities. Remodeled recently. Everything was great except the property was locked out before checkout time which prohibited us from making a final check to make sure we had not forgotten something.

Sunsets Sunsets Sunsets!

We stayed for 5 days, my husband and I, with our two 17 year old boys. We all enjoyed our stay very much! Kona Coast Vacations were great to deal with. The condo has everything you could need and the Keauhou shopping center is only 2 min away for groceries & drugstore. The condo is beautiful, although more weathered than the listing photos show and the carpets & sofa really need to be cleaned, they are smelly, but the amazing view makes up for that! The sunsets we had were spectacular!! Afternoons at the pool chatting with the different visitors and residents was fun!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: good. I would suggest that the bed linens (sheets and mattress pad)and towels could use an update. Also I couldn't find a broiler pan.

Absolutely Wonderful

The apartment is spacious. It is very tastefully decorated. The view is outstanding. Shower wonderful. Washing machine and drier superb. Very comfortable and large bed. We loved the bamboo curtains. Balcony area is lovely to sit and eat and drink watching and listening to the sea. Location very convenient but you need a car. Parking is good. Communication with the management company excellent. We will be back!

Beautiful Property!!

The property was exactly like the description. Everything was beautiful as expected. The only thing i would say that they could improve was the table and chairs on the deck are really tall and tough to sit at for a long period of time. Also i should have read the reviews about not having air conditioning, it got a bit warm a couple of nights. Otherwise we had an exceptional time!!!

We have been going to Kona for years. We have had our regular places, but they were not available for our dates this year. I am so happy because KKSRC was perfect for us.
