Wonderful accommodations!

This property was perfect for our group. It provided adequate beds and bathrooms. The close proximity to beaches and food was great. It offered spectacular views of the ocean and evening sunsets. The pool and spa were enjoyed as well. The property manager was informative and even allowed us to check in early. We would definitely stay here again!

Island Oasis

Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect for our family of 14. The layout gave us plenty of space to gather as a group while also providing comfortable areas to retreat to when we needed some quiet time. The sunsets were breathtaking, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. The BBQ area was a highlight for us, making family meals even more enjoyable.The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do, but a car is definitely a must. The property was thoughtfully maintained, and we truly felt at home here. We’d return in a heartbeat—it was a fantastic experience!

Family vacation

This property was perfect for my family of 15 . We had enough space for all. But I can’t say enough about the view . It was spectacular ! The most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen. The location was centrally located to many locations on both sides of island. Thank you !

A great Kona vacation. Lots of room beautiful views pool was great. Had an amazing family vacation. Plenty of beach /pool toys .steep driveway but worth it for unobstructed views. Only comment would be maybe full locking doors on bathrooms as 2 of the BR’s were shared and had a pocket door. All and all a perfect spot you will not regret

Great location & view, comfortable home

We had about 15 people staying at the home for the Queen Liliuokalani Outrigger Race. Everyone loved the place and I got lots of positive comment. It was great to relax by the pool and watch the sunset over the ocean.

Great Size and Location

We visited Kona for a Junior tennis tournament. The size and location of the property was perfect for our group. Having the pool/hot tub was great for the kids.

Great tropical family fun!

This was a well appointed home fit for a large family. There were plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, extra sheets, etc. The view from the pool is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The location allowed us to go just about anywhere of interest in this area within 15 minutes or so. The driveway incline is a little harrowing until you get used to it! We loved this place, but it could use a coat of paint and some replacement tiles around the pool. Elite Pacific managers were just wonderful! They were so quick to help when we needed them and happy to answer all my questions. We hope to be back someday!

Graduation weekend family get away

We love our stay but noticed a few things that needed attention. Tiles and paint need attention. Garbage containers were full before we even used them for our trash that we collected. There were no gas in the tank for the BBQ grill we had to have a family member bring along a tank for us. Hot water supply was limited, we had to call maintenance to check problem. Fireants in the bunkbed room, we purchased bug spray to get rid of problem from the children that was utilizing the room. Blinds in master bedroom bathroom was broken and needs to be repaired. Hot tub needs attention. We only used it once and noticed the residue that formed while we waited for it to heat up. No Mop available for us to clean up any spills, so we had to use alot of paper towels. Room next the garage had some roach problems. Not enough cleaning supplies available although I know you offer cleaning services I am not the type to leave a household in a mess and I clean as I go. Even in vacay mode. 😊 My review is based on our stay, but the things I am writing about needs attention, where as others my make a huge deal about it. Again, we loved our stay but with the minor things that need attention would have made it more enjoyable without having to deal with them. Mahalo for your time and we look forward to maybe another property to stay in the near future because it was so easy to get a rental with your company. Family vacation

House is great for family vacation but shouldn’t be listed as a luxury home broken tiles at poolside, outside needs clean- up and maintenance, baseboards falling off, furniture needs cleaning , inadequate amounts of bathroom towels for family of 11 and kitchen in need of repairs

Only two complaints…..lack of pool lounge chairs, and general upgrades. Two gallons of paint and a few feet of floor trim. It’s just a rental after all!

Holualoa House

Our first impression of the house was the VERY STEEP driveway . We had to rent 2 minivans as there were 9 of us . Every time up or down the front end would scrape . In addition , no fault of the owners , the city was digging up the street right by the driveway the 9 days we were there. The home itself was very comfortable and spacious for all of us. The pool and hot tub was used daily. The pool guy came on Tuesdays which would of been nice to know ahead of time. The pool area needs some repair , many tiles need replacing and the small area around the pool need to be mowed as it was very overgrown. Lots of stuff in the garage to borrow for the beach and there was a container with pool floats by the pool . A few things in the house needed to be updated/repaired ( toilet paper holders were loose on the walls, sink in half bathroom upstairs loose on wall ) and the jacuzzi tub in our master did not work , we did inform the rental company. Hopefully it will be fixed before the next renters. It was a good home in a good location for our family.

Terrific outdoor property, but in need of indoor upgrades

The best part of this house is the outdoor pool and seating area. However, the next-door neighbor screamed and cursed at us on the first morning when we were having a simple conversation (no music, and not during quiet hours). It made us very uncomfortable every time we sat outside or went in the pool, worried about what might happen. The downstairs master bedroom, bath and seating area are also very nice and updated. However, with the exception of the basement shower, the other bathrooms are in desperate need of renovation (and are tiny). The shower heads are plastic, the mirrors are stained, and they felt dirty (ant traps on sinks). The floors and blinds thoughout the bedrooms are falling apart. There is no central AC, only window units in the bedrooms, so the kitchen and living areas get very hot (uncomfortable for my elderly mother). There are also MANY small sets of stairs throughout the house, which made it dangerous for her to navigate. The worst part is that we had ants throughout the kitchen from the first day, and had to throw out almost all of our fruit and cereal (despite trying to leave as little on the counter as possible). The bread even had to be put in the fridge, and clearly management was aware of the problem, given the signs and ant traps throughout the house, yet they didn't even have plastic containers to seal cereal or bread in. There were also several roaches flying around. We never had any problems on Oahu or Kauai with ants. Lastly, the dishwasher wasn't working properly so we couldn't even sanitize our dishes (and the ants were crawling throughout the dishwasher as well). The location is great, but house needs some TLC. Also, be aware that one of the rooms with a king bed can only be accessed from outside or by going through another bedroom and bathroom, which was somewhat inconvenient.

Great Stay for large groups

House is spread out so everyone can have their space. Very clean and has everything you will need. Towels, beach stuff, anything you need in the kitchen they have. Awesome house and amazing views. Would definitely recommend. Thank you
