Living here is very surprising, with two rooms and three bathrooms, the most comfortable place to live in Hawaii. The children said they must stay a few more days next time!

房間的隔音設備不是很理想，聽得到樓上房客走動的聲音。但是resort 整體環境很不錯。酒店的位置比較偏遠，商店不多，但是可以搭附近Sheraton Trolly 到城鎮商店比較多的地方。

Nice kitchen.

Overall, it's a good experience staying here. There is construction going on next to it. Room is clean and comfortable, there is ants and bug in the room, but I was not bothered. Kitchen is good and useful. I would like to stay here again next time I visit big island.

Very nice stay. Property is being updated but even in the unit as is we had everything we needed. So nice to have a quiet home base. The AC was awesome. We had to turn it off one night and we are used to cold bedrooms. Some units may be a bit of a walk- we were in building 14 and the walk was very easy. Parking was easy and no extra charge. We picked up groceries at Target on the way but the local KTA was easy and next time we will just stop there.

2025年8月に宿泊しました。家族3人なので「ヴィラ 1 ベッドルームガーデンビュー」を予約しましたが、広すぎて持て余しました。笑 ■よかった点・めちゃくちゃ広くて快適＆コスパ抜群！・キングサイズのベッドは、大人二人でも余裕あり（W2,000くらい）・キッチンツールの質が高い（ヘンケルの包丁セット、パイレックスの計量カップとか）・部屋内に洗濯機＆乾燥機がある・泊まる部屋によっては、ゴルフ場（コナカントリークラブ）が見られる・日本国籍の人が皆無で、異国感を味わえる ■ちょっと大変だった点・駐車場が部屋から離れており、移動が面倒（部屋の場所によるが、わたしの場合は徒歩5分ほど） ※フロントに頼めば、スタッフを手配して運んでもらうことも可能・英語力必須（とはいえ、必要なのはチェックイン時だけ） ■その他ホテル周辺には飲食店は皆無なので、大きな部屋でコンドミニアム型の滞在をしたい人ならおすすめです！ ===== I stayed here in August 2025. We booked a Villa 1-Bedroom Garden View for our family of three, but honestly, it was so spacious that it felt almost too big for us (in a good way, haha). ■What I liked: ・Extremely spacious, very comfortable, and great value for the price. ・The king-size bed was huge (about 2 meters wide) and easily fit two adults with room to spare. ・High-quality kitchen tools (like a Henckels knife set and Pyrex measuring cups). ・In-room washer and dryer. ・Depending on the unit, you can even see the golf course (Kona Country Club). ・Hardly any other Japanese guests around, which gave it a nice “away from home” feeling. ■What was a bit inconvenient: ・The parking lot was a bit far from our room (in my case about a 5-minute walk), so carrying luggage was a hassle. Tip: you can ask the front desk to send staff to help with transport if needed. ・Some English is definitely required (though mostly just at check-in). ■others There aren’t any restaurants within walking distance, but if you want to enjoy a spacious condo-style stay, this p

Love the spacious units, fully equipped kitchens (even had a rice cooker!) and in-unit washer dryer. The number of pools means they're never too crowded and close to your unit. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet, clean, easy access. A bit out of town and some of the beaches but the quiet makes up for that! It is some bit of a walk from the parking garage to the rooms. When you make your reservation they text you-respond to that text if you need anything and it is usually brought within the hour! We rented a one bedroom for a week-had basic kitchen supplies, a washer/dryer, patio, and per my daughter-even the pullout was comfy!

Resort was in a nice quiet area. Has ample parking, multiple pools and had about 12+ pickle ball courts/tennis courts. Condo/villa was very spacious-had the 2 bedroom and the rooms were on each end so we don’t hear anything. The middle area was the dining and living area. Kitchen had all the things you need even an instapot. Bathroom was clean and had enough towels and counter space. Bed was a little hard but comfortable enough. Had problems with the check in but was easily resolved. Manager even came back to fix our issues with the help of an Expedia agent. All in all it a great stay!
