Picture perfect. Great location. Listen to the sound of the waves from the master bedroom and Lani.

Exactly as advertised!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Couldn't have wished for a better place. Bonus: there were a few small technical issues, but the management responded very quickly, even on a weekend, and was able to fix it!

Unbeatable views and Idyllic location

Views are incredible. Best in this resort and maybe all of Hawaii! Sunsets every eve, almost empty beach, turtles and snorkelling on doorstep. Condo really well set up and comfortable. Property manager really responsive and helpful (even bringing us cooler when we had just failed to find where other one put away). If looking for peaceful beautiful spot in Hawaii this spot is perfect.

The property was perfect (oceanfront and close to a black sand beach) locationwise is great! Comfortably fit our 3 person party. Well equipped and the hosts are so nice! Nice ocean view but dirty linens and towels

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the rental and if had many amenities like A/C and washer and dryer. The view outside was spectacular and we were steps from the beach. However, the maids did not put clean sheets on the bed. They reeked of musty odor and the comforters likely are not washed in between guest stays due to its smell. We had to wash sheets, pillowcases and comforters just to ensure its cleanliness.

Nice ocean front location.

Pros: Love the ocean front townhomes for the daily sunset. Nice pool & bbq area as well as tennis courts. Whole complex if very well kept. Also, great snorkeling beach close by that is walking distance. Cons: Very dirty floor. As soon as I stepped into the house, I immediately felt the grittiness of the floor. So dirty that it made our socks and feet black. Second dirty item is the rice cooker. The funny thing is, there is a note to wipe it clean but it was so dirty that it could not be cleaned. I couldn't use it, it was disgusting. Third con is the sofas are old not very comfy. Fourth con, only one roll of paper towel. It was already in the holder so it's probably the leftover from the previous renter and there was no back up roll. I'm reserved the place for a week, at least have a second roll. Finally the fifth con, no designated parking spot.

Nice property but.....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was fine. It's the 3rd time we've stayed in this complex. TBH I won't necessarily look for your managed properties to stay in. The two lighting issues were unfixable during our stay. Both were in the two bathrooms and really affected the usage. The downstairs MAIN light was out and upstairs the light over the tub was out. With the shower curtain closed it was really hard to see. Plus, the multiple text messages telling me to sign electronically a VERY long document that I could only access on a phone screen was REALLY annoying. I didn't even know who you were since I booked this through airbnb. I finally called and was told to "ignore the texts." The unit was nicely appointed but felt very sterile and corporate. We prefer places individually owned and serviced by the owners. Your check out chore list is a bit long since we paid a cleaning fee. If you want to treat this place as a corporately owned business then don't expect ME to do the cleaning prep. BTW I am NOT "Marcia from Irvine"

Lovely ocean view

We would goto the lanai in the morning to have breakfast and in the evening to watch the sunset while having chai. It was wonderful to see the ocean from the bedroom. Good privacy. Good amount of space and clean. All appliances worked. We had issue with one thing and mgmt offered to come and fix, but we said that it was okay to fix after we depart. It had AC and plenty of beach towels. A little dated, but not a big deal.

Beautiful Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this place because of the views we saw in the pictures and they did not disappoint. We ate most of our meals and watched the sunset from the lanai. The small yard was private and very relaxing. The unit had everything we needed and the appliances in the kitchen worked well. Internet was strong. Added bonus was having A/C! However all of the furniture is dated and could use a refresh, and the TV is small. Recliners on the patio would have been nice since we spent so much time outside. We loved the property but a few upgrades would make this property perfect.

Excellent Location, Amazing Views, Very Comfortable

My family of 3 stayed here for 2 weeks and we had a great time. Overall I'd say the current rating of 4.8 stars is spot on: it wasn't 100% perfect, but it was very close. Highlights: - The view is spectacular. We spent many evenings watching sunsets from the lanai and listening to the waves crashing. - The location is great. Super short walk to the adjacent beach that you can see from the lanai (the beach is a little rocky, but there are tidepools to explore and if it's calm you can snorkel right there). 10 min walk to Kahalu'u Beach for excellent snorkeling. Short drive to restaurants & groceries. - AC worked great. 1 unit downstairs plus 1 in each bedroom. Didn't need to run them that frequently but was great to have when needed and they worked quickly. Upstairs bathroom had no coverage so it did get warm some days but not a big deal. - Had 1 big issue when we arrived - internet wasn't working. The local crew worked quickly to help resolve it and it was back up and running in less than 24 hours. Minor Issues: - Had a couple smaller issues that the crew didn't ever resolve (downstairs toilet kept running, they said they'd get a handyman but never happened in our 2 weeks; upstairs bath floor lighting didn't work, also never fixed). - Owner stores her car in the main parking space now, so we had to use guest parking, but we were always able to get a spot that was close so not a big deal. - Master bed was soft - we prefer firmer so not ideal but we still slept fine.

My visit to Keauhou

You can almost touch the waves while sitting on the lanai at Keauhou Surf & Racquet Club. A beautiful oceanfront condo that I hope to return to in the future. The condo is very well equipped for one’s needs. It’s the perfect location and comfy in every way. Excellent communications with the owner. Easy to find and very enjoyable. Lots of activities close by including good restaurants. The sunsets are amazing!

A week in Paradise

Tropical getaway

My husband and I wanted to take our daughter somewhere after graduating high school. After scouring different websites looking for hotels, we decided to check into rental properties. I'm so glad we did. The townhouse was perfect for the three of us. My favorite spot was the lanai overlooking the small beach behind us. I sat there every morning just watching the waves and tide roll in with my breakfast. There were yellow tang fish everyday. We also saw turtles swimming there. The townhouse was close to town but not in it. There is a beach that's only a short (maybe 10 minutes) walk down the street. You can snorkel on the small reef there. We borrowed the beach chairs from the townhouse which also has some snorkeling equipment when we drove up to a beach north of the airport. The only thing that was a bit off putting was the A/C in the master bedroom. Of course, since it faces west, you get the full sun all afternoon and evening. That makes it harder to cool down. That was a minor detail for an overall great trip. We're already looking forward to another trip to the big island soon.

Spectacular!

The location and views of the ocean are amazing. The home is well decorated and comfortable. We even used the kitchen pass through to the patio. We spent the majority of our time out on the patio enjoying g the views and sounds of the ocean. We highly recommend staying here.
