Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good overall. The floorpan of this unit, with a large common area and two separated bedrooms/bathrooms, is excellent for a couple or 4-member family. Spacious patio. Very useful that it has a washer-dryer, though you'll need a trip to the shopping center (1 mile drive) to get laundry soap.

Beautiful condo in amazing location!

We have been to Kona many times but this was our favorite location. The condo was definitely spacious enough for our family and the end building felt private. We would highly recommend.

Great break in Kona

Wonderful property on the ocean with everything we needed while visiting. We enjoyed this property while in Kona. Appreciated everything for the beach, slept comfortably and made memories that will last us a lifetime! Property management company was available to us but honestly everything was spot on!

Listen to the ocean

We have stayed many times at the Surf and Racquet Club but never before in this unit. This condo is spotless, fully equipped, and just steps from the water. We'll be happy to stay here again.

Did not disappoint

The condo was right on the ocean, with great views and breezes. We were pleasantly surprised to find the second bedroom had 2 double beds! Property is very well kept and close to beaches and restaurants.

Great Location

The property was just as described in the listing. The host was very helpful and responsive. Beautiful view right on the ocean and the other side faces the golf course. Very spacious kitchen and living room area. Only about 3 minutes away from grocery store, made it very convenient. Only 5 minutes or less to great snorkeling Beach and magic sands Beach. Would definitely stay again!

Great location!! Beautiful grounds

The condo had everything you could ask for. Beach towels, chairs, mats snorkel stuff. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen well stocked With dishes and appliances.. the patio/lanai was our favorite. The view is spectacular. Drank our coffee there every morning. Condo is close To a Grocery store and many restaurants. I would recommend this condo!!

Relaxing Destination

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I highly recommend this unit. It is n a beautiful location, overlooking the ocean and the golf course. It is quieter than other units in SRC because there is very little foot traffic at the end of the sea wall. It is nicely renovated, has lovely furniture and is beautifully decorated.

Amazing Stay

We really had a great time. Beautiful views, sunset right from the lanai. It was stormy so it was cool to watch the waves crash on the rocks all down the coast. Some cute geckos and beautiful birds. Tucked in the back corner away from everyone. Pool was excellent and heated so not freezing cold. Beds were comfy including pillows. Communication was excellent. Shopping center up the road also has several restaurants, a grocery store, and a Longs Drugs. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Unit

Loved this condo! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked. The view was unreal. The kids LOVED the pool, the property is beautiful and clean! This is my second time staying at this complex and I’ve loved it both times. I’m Accessibility - the unit is far from the parking spot, so if you have difficulty walking, this might not be the unit for you. All of Bldg 5 is far from parking. The showers were walk in with a small step.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was excellent. It was stocked with everything you need, comfortable beds, beach accessories, even snorkeling gear. We paid for the A/C and happy we did. The location is perfect, too, if you are staying in Kona. A 1/2 mile beach for the best off beach snorkeling. It was easy to walk. It was also close to other nice destinations. Also, the view from the patio was amazing, sunsets, whales and dolphins swim by.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here several times in 2 different units - each stay was terrific and we have already booked for next year. So glad we discovered this magical placeThe only shadow was that for 2 weeks of out last stay, the pool was being resurfaced - understandable yearly maintenance and we were told ahead of time by Knutson but our dates were immutable because of other premade plans. I suggest that a useful remedy would be to have some sort of temporary access to another facility and provide the same at KKSR when the other facility is having maintenance

The lanai was the perfect size for 5 of us to sit & enjoy the view while having snacks & beverages.... breakfast every morning too. Only 2 things we came across - the floor fan in the 2nd bedroom did not work and the sofa bed in the living room is in need of a new mattress.All in all a very enjoyable place to stay and we look forward to returning next year.

Spring Break Fun

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo worked perfectly for our family of four -- the 2 bathrooms and a Queen bed for each kiddo was a home run! We enjoyed the quiet location and the relaxing ocean views. We happily opted for the fresh ocean air in lieu of the A/C for our entire stay. We worked with Knutson and quickly learned how to manage the mini kitchen ants that are common in the tropics. And we greatly appreciated the beach towels, chairs and coolers that helped us make the most of our Big Island vacation. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was a great choice for my family - plenty of room, clean, and had everything you could need. We loved that there were tons of beach supplies - cooler, boogie boards, beach mats, beach chairs/umbrellas. Plus plenty of towels (bath and beach/pool), games for our kiddos to play and so much more...oh and of course the AMAZING ocean views with tranquil privacy. Knutson was also extremely responsive on the couple items we needed help with (even servicing one of the A/C units in just a couple hours after raising a concern). We're excited to come back again soon!
