Noiulu One – Brand New Estate | Onsite Staff & Daily Housekeeping

Located in the exclusive Noi‘ulu Estates neighborhood, this brand new 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom custom gated estate home offers an expansive luxury residential experience highlighted by majestic ocean views. Abundant natural light accentuates modern, natural finishes woven together with thoughtful and masterful craftsmanship for up to 12 guests. Two primary suites and two guest suites are located in the main home with two guests suites accessed from a private gated courtyard. This home features two gathering locations, a central gated courtyard and outdoor lanai overlooking the 5th tee of the Hualalai course.

PRIMARY SUITE
Ocean view king bedded suite with vaulted ceiling, cornerless pocket doors, flat panel television, walk in closet and ensuite bath. The 5 piece primary bath features deep soaking tub, walk in shower, outdoor shower and tiled floors.

JUNIOR SUITE
The ocean view junior suite has a king bed, flat screen television, pocket doors and walk in closet. The oversized bath features dual vanities, soaking tub, walk in shower and garden shower.

GUEST SUITE 1
This guest suite has two queen beds, flat screen television, hardwood floors and ensuite bath. The three piece bath features walk in shower and garden shower.

GUEST SUITE 2
This guest suite has one king bed, flat screen television, hardwood floors and ensuite bath. The three piece bath features walk in shower and quartz countertop.

GUEST SUITE 3
This guest suite is access through the gated courtyard and has one king bed, flat screen television, hardwood floors and ensuite bath. The three piece bath features walk in shower and garden shower.

ABOUT HUALALAI
Hualalai is a private oceanfront community spanning 865-acres located on the Kona-Kohala coast featuring state-of-the-art facilities, programming and amenities. In addition to private homes and villas, the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is also located on site. Onsite resort amenities include an 18-hole championship golf course, the Hualalai Golf Hale; Hualalai Sports Club & Hualalai Spa; Alaka‘i Nalu Ocean Activities; Club Concierge; five resort pools; and four distinct dining outlets. Access to resort amenities is available to residential guests for an additional per person per day fee and subject to seasonal restrictions. Brilliant property and management

We stayed at the property with our family for our wedding sharing with our kids and their significant other. The property and staff could not have been any more fantastic than was presented! We will definitely stay again. Everything was as advertised and possibly better! We have going to Hualalai for years and this is the 3rd time renting and was the best.
