This 2740 square foot custom designed home is located in the gated community of Bayview Estates on the Kona coast. A great home with an open floor plan consisting of glass sliding pocket doors to bring the outdoors into the living area. This house has sweeping ocean views overlooking the beautiful pool and covered lanais.

Our home is a prefect get-away for friends, families, and honeymooners. They say that paradise is a state of mind. When all of the ingredients are of the highest quality, it can also be a place.

This is a place that seems to offer each unique guest their own ideal vacation blend of relaxation and exhilaration; tranquility and activity.

The town of Kailua-Kona is a short 10 minute drive. Here you will find everything you need from shopping to restaurants to night life.

The Dining/Kitchen has lovely granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Wolf Cooking Range, Microwave, Dishwasher, Sub Zero Fridge, Toaster, Toaster Oven, Cuisinart Food Processor, KitchenAid Mix Master, Coffee Maker, Kettle, Vitamix Blender, Breville Espresso Machine, Pots and Pans, Dishes, Glasses, Silverware and Cooking Utensils. The kitchen table and chairs are hand carved and very unique. Additional seating is available at the kitchen island with bar stools.

The Living Room furniture is simple yet cozy. Snuggle up after a long day for a movie on the large TV.

Our home consists of a Master Bedroom and En-Suite with a walk in closet French doors allows you to exit the room onto the back lanai for a morning coffee. Enjoy two sinks and a private toilet in this beautifully designed room. The over sized walk in closet means you will never be short on space.

The second bedroom consists of a King size bed and closet.

The third bedroom is a Junior Suite with a Queen Size bed. This suite has its own private entrance for those who may want to come home a bit later. The suite is equipped with a built in desk, TV, mini fridge and coffee maker.

We have 2 roll away beds located in the garage for those extra guests. Bedrooms sleep 6 + 2 roll away. Total of 8 guests allowed.

The outside covered Lanai consists of a patio sofa and chairs, or settle in and catch some rays on the loungers. The lanai has a propane barbecue for your enjoyment. The outside lanai also has a half bath for your convenience. There is NO hot tub.

The garage is fully stocked with 5 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 2 Tommy Bahama Umbrellas, 4 Boogie Boards and a wagon to make the hauling a lot easier.

The house comes with a hair dryer, multiple iPhone chargers, towels, beach towels, sheets, blankets, washer and dryer, Dyson Vacuum and two iRobot Vacuums.

We have cable, Netflix, Wifi, and a phone line with unlimited calling to Canada and the USA.

The house also has Air Conditioning.

Our home is a NON Smoking Home.

NO Pets and NO unaccompanied students under age 25. Our property has an exterior camera upon entry to the property for security reasons, this camera is not to be touched.

Anyone renting our home will be required to sign a booking agreement and provide their personal information (mailing address and phone number) after booking.
