Hot water issue

When we arrived we were informed that only two of our four full bathrooms had hot water. This was a Friday and no one was scheduled to look at it till Monday. The hot water was finally fixed very late (10:00 PM) on Tuesday night. So for 5 days out of eight, 9 people and 2 infants shared two bathrooms for showers/baths. This is unacceptable and no partial refund was even offered. This was a problem they had known about prior to our arriving. The place was clean, centrally located and walking distance to a nice little bay.
