We had such a pleasant experience. Everyone was kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every day. Parking was easily available. Thanks to all the staff who made this such a wonderful experience.

Beautiful hotel. Only spoke to staff on phone to get check in instructions. They were easy but had trouble locating the room, there was no number on the door. Our room was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 little kids, they even had a pack n play ready. Would definitely stay here again.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann an dem Hotel fast nichts aussetzen. Bessere Kissen und eine wärmere Bettdecke wären sehr schön 😉. Ich kann das Hotel definitiv empfehlen.

Ok place to stay.

The hotel was undergoing renovations, so it was a little messy outside. The rooms were a bit dingy, and the bathrooms were dated. I couldn't turn up the heat. Also, the towels were skimpy, and the bed was a little worn. Maybe the renovations will continue inside, too.

Hotel was fine - location was nice, just outside of Kaiserslautern, but there wasn't much immediately around the hotel. Check-in was different - my room key was in a lockbox, with the registration card. My check-out was early in the morning so I just dropped the key in another secure box.

Great little hotel in a great location, the breakfast was amazing and worth the extra $10. Wish the employees spoke better English but hey I’m in their country so I didn’t mind that much. Hotel is old so could use a little maintenance, but besides that I really did enjoy it.

Die Örtlichkeit ist super, ein Ort nebenan gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die mir den eigenen PKW erreichbar sind. Der Service ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren mit allem ausgestattet, was man gebraucht hat. Ein Balkon war ebenfalls vorhanden. Im gross und ganzen zufrieden.

Great location with great service

Hotel Hasselberg is situated beautifully in Kaiserslautern, with a fantastic view over the valley which can be enjoyed at breakfast. The check-in went perfect, even if they had no staff in the reception upon arrival, the instructions given beforehand on how to check-in were impeccable. Very nice staff and a wonderful breakfast. It has everything you expect from a hotel!

Fun in Germany

Very nice little bit out of town. The staff was very nice. Hotel was very nice, but beds could be better. Good breakfast could offer a little more. Overall very nice place.
