「Arguably one of the best places in town. Hotel is clean, by indian standards even super clean. Staff is impeccably trained and super helpful. On check out day we even had to come back midday for an urgent toilet issue and since they don’t have public toilet, they let us in one room, no extra charge. 「Gorgeous property with genuinely lovely staff. The on-site naturalist Chamu was particularly fantastic. I wanted to address two things that I believe could genuinely help the property improve. 1. Staff seems mainly hired from local community, which is lovely. We found everyone to have the absolute right attitude and approach to service. However, more training is required. 「It is not worth the stay. Staff is courteous. Rs 500, govt safari ticket they charged us 2000+ with no addons( not even a bottle of water). We had to drive ourselves to to the safari pick up point and had to wait almost an hour to get a bus . We were under the impression that the safari is in exclusive vehicles since the charge was more than 4 times the govt charge. 20 mnts into the safari, we returned to pick up more tourist and there was not enough seats.
