"Food was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful, although didn't speak much english. The only downside was the facility was a bit worn -stained carpets, peeling wallpaper, and musty smell"

Comfortable great location cute town
"This hotel was a great little find. Very affordable and comfortable. A business hotel so they had laundry service in Japanese public bath on site. Matsumoto is a cute little town and very walkable from the hotel. Also, the hotel is literally two blocks from Matsumoto castle, a great location."
