Wonderful hotel. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed this hotel!

Hotel was pretty good. Checkin desk person was not very responsive. We asked for 2 beds and he shook his head and gave 1 bed. Luckily we asked again after got the key to confirm and one lady came and helped us with the change.

A Stay That'sTruly Grand
Had a great experience at the hotel. Courteous staff and there were pleasant surprises as we stayed for the first time. Received complimentary hot chocolate and soup. The chef and the restaurent staff make sure that they connect with the guests personslly and serve them with a smile. I had not experienced this in other star hotels.These small gestures show that the hotel staff do care for customers and they ensured we had overall good experience. Thank you to the management for making our stay memorable.

This property is pretty normal. Corridars in 4th floor can be mainained better. Mirrors in the rooms need to be cleaned. Staff members are very friendly and polite.
I have asked for a room with 2 beds for 3 adults and I got a room with 1 king bed. Asked the lady at reception immediately and she said, she will change once a room is available and if not will arrange for an extra bed. Neither of them happened and also no intemation. This was disappointing. Also, the receptionist was hesitant to give another Key to the room and was telling that they normally give only 1 key per room, no matter the room is double or ttriple occupancy. This is little weired and I have not seen this kind of policy anywhere. If one person wants to sleep/stay and the other person wants to go out - how do it works as taking the key will put the power off. Receptionist should have been more logical. Thanks to Mr. Ali, we got the second copy of key.
With few user friendly improvements, this place can be the best in Kakinada.

There was a a heavy odor of cigarette smoke in the lobby and halls outside the rooms. The place was generally not too clean. The floor of the rooms could have been cleaned better. The bathroom seemed pretty unclean, and there seemed to be leaks near the toilet.
The staff were very kind and hospitable. The bed was pretty comfortable.
