"ホテルマン及び併設レストランのスタッフの対応は素晴らしかった。またレストランの料理も少し高かったけど、とてもおいしかった。ビルガンジのいい思い出ができたと喜んでいました。 しかし、今わたしは近くの空港にいますが、怒っています。ホテルが手配してくれたタクシードライバーにです。まだ若いからサービスのあり方を間違って認識しているのかもしれません。車中では自分は会社の雇われドライバーで生活が大変だと言っていたので、車から降りたとき、多めのチップを渡した。この後、駐車場料金がいると別に請求された。もう帰るか思ったが頼んでいないのに荷物をもって空港の手続きをしようとしてくれた。これは多くの日本人にとって戸惑う。時間があるので一緒にお茶を頼んだあと（田舎といえどもびっくりするくらい高かった。もちろん私が彼の分も支払った）今度は金額まで指定してチップを要求してきた。これがネパール人の悪い印象が強く私の脳に焼き付けられた。笑顔で彼の要求に応える日本人は多いかもしれない。しかし私たち日本人はもう二度とこのような人種と付き合いたいとは思わない。人の善意を仇で返す人間を私はとても嫌う。"
