Beautiful villa located in the outskirts of the small village Koukounara Messinias.
With 5 big bedrooms, 3 bathrooms,large fully equipped kitchen,over 60 m2 living and dinning space,dominated by a large monastery type dinning table and a fireplace and surrounded by big verandas,it is ideal for relaxation and base to explore the beauties of the region.The property is in the middle of a gorgeous garden with lawn, tall plane trees and a barbecue.
The house is in a distance of 10 km from the picturesque Gialova, 9 km from the sandy beach of Divari,10 km from the renown beach of Voidokoilia .In a radius of less than 25 km you can explore archeologycal sites like Ancient Messini,ancient Pylos, medieval castles like Pylos, Methoni and Koroni,water falls of polilimnio Stenosia and Kallamari and almost all the beauties of the region.
Taste the local dishes in the tavern of our village and in close distance restaurants and live the nightlife in the clubs of the area.
