“This is a beautiful, peaceful location. A quick drive into town if you want to eat out, but a great escape if you're seeking tranquility. The view of the wetlands and the wildlife were our favorite things about it. The beds are great, and with all the windows open in the 2nd bedroom, it's almost like sleeping outdoors. “My family of four and another family of 5 just completed a weekend getaway using this rental. We loved the location right on the river and enjoyed Congolese, sitting on the deck, and just taking in the river views. Our teenage kids loved their own space in the basement. We took a day and enjoyed exploring South Bend, an easy 30 minute drive away. Mancino’s Pizza about 5 minutes from the house is delicious and highly recommended!
