There were cigarette butts stuffed in the sink of a non smoking room. Staff moved me twice and each room reaked of smoke. I requested a partial refund for the room I found the cigarettes in but the manager was never on the property and is ignored my email. I would not stay here unless you are a chain smoker because even the non smoking rooms are smoking rooms.

Check in was ok, I arrived way later then planned and was told the only reason I got a room was because I needed a handicap room and that I should call and let them know next time (which was my bad). room was ok but stains on the bedding and things could be updated. LOTS of noise from people and had a random woman come up to us saying they made her change rooms and then stole stuff and that no one was in the office. People revving their engines and people yelling. I would not stay here again (only reason I felt a little safe was because I had my dog with me)

I was there for 6 days..no one got my trash or made sure I had trash bags and toilet paper had to go to the office and get it myself other than that it was fine.

This property was awful! The bed sheets and covers haven’t been washed! There was gum and a bunch of pubic hair stuck to it, I asked to switch rooms and she wouldn’t at first … the staff was terrible and didnt care!!! I would really like a refund or something!!!! This was a very awful experience!!!

Never stay here
Red roof in took our money accepted our reservation we drove hours to get to the hotel to check in when the lady says she has no rooms left and I'm out of luck and to call Expedia support. I was without hotel room and money for the night because of this hotels incompetency to call customers who made reservations and give them a heads up and still leave their listings online showing 6+ rooms left.

Poor stay
I went to check in at 6 p.m they had no rooms ready after working out in the 0 degree weather all day just wanted a room to relax poorly managed wasn’t impressed won’t be back after this incident. Definitely some changes needed at this hotel. Then heat issue at first in room staff got all frustrated wasn’t very friendly. Stay away from here if you can. Mainly used as housing it appears.

Not too fancy, not too drab, Goldilock approves!
Fantastic as always, I like the relaxed atmosphere, and the room is always clean enough for me. I always tip the housekeepers, because I can tell how hard they work and I’ve stayed there a few times and have seen that they have dealt with a lot of crazy stuff. They are always very accommodating to my dog, and I often strike up a pleasant conversation with the front desk staff. Lastly, this time in particular, I woke up late and they did not seem to have a problem with my late check out whatsoever. That’s what keeps customers coming back in my opinion .

Good price dedicated staff & great pet policy
The room was just fine. I sunk into the bed and overslept for checkout, but they were absolutely fine about it and I felt compelled to leave a tip for housekeeping. Their pet policy is unparalleled by any other establishment, too. No complaints even for barking… my dog can be loud! The front desk staff was very pleasant and I stayed in there chatting for a moment after check in. I suppose the only thing I could point out was that I needed utensils with my meal after it was delivered and they didn’t have any to offer… not a big issue though. Who knows where to draw the line with accommodations that the guest forgets once one starts to compile a collection? Anywho, after I did not get a refund from a Baymont hotel when I couldn’t stay there because I didn’t know about nor could pay the pet fee that was a surprise when I got to the hotel on a Hotwire booking… Red Roof it is, hands down.

Nice place for the price
Nice place for the money but loud though tons of dogs barking at odd hours. Staff was kind room was clean no shampoo or soap left though. Overall decent place and a lot nicer than others in the area in this price range

The front desk staff are so welcoming and professional! Everything smelled and looked clean .The first room I had didn’t have a remote n some lights we’re working so they politely switched me to another comfortable room for me my sister and our children.. this is one of the best calm red roof hotels I have been in and I will be back for another stay !
