「The staff was very friendly and very attentive, which more than makes up for the facilities, which need updating. Our room was clean and we were well taken care of so we throughly enjoyed our quiet time in the resort. Thank you. 」

Our rooms (which had no personality at all) were never cleaned, our towels were never changed, there were no toiletries provided, there was no place to put the soap (that we brought) inside the shower, the shower door looked like it had never been cleaned and there was no towel service for the pool. 」

「Helpful, accommodating, kind and couteous staff. Affordable ammenities and commodities. Well equipped and comfortable cabins with complete kitchen, bath and shower and overlooking lakeview. Only downside is the ants which is un controllable but they gave inseticide for prevention. Very peaceful and breathaking views of Lumot Lake. Highly recommended for people if they want to experience lakehouse life 」

「Did not go to the pool, the fact that I only stayed for one night. Wasn’t feeling safe and the property is lacking of staff in the front office.」

「The location is close to UPLB and crossing. So many walkable places to eat at. I stayed for 3 nights in one of their presidential suites. The rooms were clean. I would recommend a mirror in the master’s bathroom in 315. 」

「Property is old, dark and gloomy. Very inconvenient to get to, even to just load or unload. There is no parking at or near. Host is non responsive. We decided not to stay and left. 」
