Box air con, reverse cycle in downstairs area and ceiling fans throughout. TV and DVD player in lounge room. New microwave, fridge/freezer and oven/stove in fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine, iron and ironing board. New BBQ in small fully enclosed courtyard with a small area of lawn.
