A cancelation fee applies to all bookings . Please see cancellation policy . The person making the booking is referred to as the client and must be 21 years of age. The client must not allow more people then stated in the booking to occupy the property. If this is to occur an additional fee for the extra people will apply. The client and all guests agree to keep the property clean and leave the property as they find it on arrival or a cleaning fee will be charged . The client is responsible to this owner for the actual costs of any breakages or damage in or to the property.
