No WiFi the whole time! And not that we are on it or there that much, but when we travel, two couples, we need to be able to reach our kids and check in on work as we are business owners. Contacted them right away, and yes, they did email a couple times.... but when you don’t have service, not much of a help. A message in the house stated if there were issues with internet, we could call the cable company. Really? We are on vacation and you want us to deal with the problem? We had to drive into town each night just to get service and check in with kids and work. It really put a damper on the whole trip, and was frustrating that they wouldn’t send someone out. What was on their app and in the hone were two different WiFi accounts, neither worked. One husband previously worked as cable and internet technician and the other is an electrician. It’s not like we don’t know how to trouble shoot. So 4 days of them emailing, again, we don’t have service so emailing isn’t the smartest choice, and nothing was ever done. We know we need WiFi while traveling, and would never book a place without it. Asked for some sort of reparation, but have not heard back. Have used rental houses many many times and if there is ever an issue, the owner fixes it. Feels like since you deal with a company, they don’t really care. Also emailed them 3 days before our trip asking a question, and never got a response. Another odd thing just to mention, is that the windows don’t open. No screens and instead is a small cutout above or below the window that is maybe 6 inches wide that you can open to let fresh air in. Not exactly great for any sort of air flow to cool the cabin off at night, but is was also very warm while we were there. Wasn’t horrible, but just an odd thing I thought I should mention.
