Welcome to The Eastside Suite, a Historic House built in 1933 that sits right in downtown Kalispell—we’ve combined the best of living right in the middle of Kalispell with a closeness to amazing Montana Locations such as Whitefish and Glacier National Park.
Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that’s spread across 2 floors.
Bedroom One
-Main-floor retreat: Queen bed
- Queen-size bed
- Full bathroom just across the hall
Second Bedroom
-Main-floor queen suite

- Full bathroom just across the hall
Third Bedroom
-Cozy lower-level room with two twin beds—perfect for families or extra guests.
- 2 Twin-size beds
- Easy access to the lower-level full bathroom
Kitchen & Dining
-Fully equipped kitchen
- Large refrigerator/freezer—ideal for long stays or big groups
-Dining table seats up to 6 comfortably
- 2 bar stools at the bar siting area
-Coffee maker, dishwasher, and all cookware provided
- Coffee, basic species, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, sugar, creamer, etc. all provided

- Downtown Kalispell (Walking Distance / 4 Blocks away from Main Street): Historic downtown with boutique shops, art galleries, and the Community Food Co-op farmers market in North Kalispell (Wednesdays & Saturdays, June–September). Don’t miss the Hockaday Museum of Art.
- Town of Lakeside (15 mi / 20 min): Groceries at the market, Session Grind coffee, casual lakeside eateries (try The Lunch Dock), and Flathead Lake Marina. Don’t miss Tamarack Brewing. In winter, ski Blacktail Mountain Ski Area.
- Bigfork (18 mi / 25 min): Arts village on Flathead Lake—enjoy the Bigfork Summer Playhouse, galleries, specialty shops, and the Adirondack Days festival each July.

- Some of the native wildlife you may spot while exploring Montana may include, but not limited to deer, elk, moose, bobcat, lynx, mountain lion, bear, wolverine, badger, eagles, hawks, and owls.
Additional Information
- Our driveway is accessed right off of Center Street just before 5th Avenue with enough space to park 2 vehicles.
- You must get approval prior to booking for parking any trailer, boat, or large vehicle on the property.
- We will provide you a code for the back entrance, next to the paved driveway a few days before you arrive.
- Bicycles are available upon request
- You must get approval prior to booking for parking any trailer, boat, or large vehicle on the property.
- The shed located in the backyard is off-limits
- The locked bedroom downstairs is used for housekeeping and is also off-limits
-Pets:
-While our place is pet friendly, guests must notify the host with details and quantity of the pets before they arrive at the house. Any pets that are brought onto the premises without prior approval will be considered unapproved pets, and you will be responsible for the resulting penalties.
-Unapproved pets will result in a penalty Fee of $300/pet plus $25 for each night unapproved pets stayed at the house
-There is a cleaning fee per pet along with the pet fee associated with pet stays. This is $75/Pet and goes straight to housekeeping
-Please clean up after your pet, any biological hazardous materials, including, but not limited to feces and urine left behind will result in an extra fee. This applies to feces found on the property outside. Feel free to use the doggy poo bags we provide
-We provide your pets with their own beds. So, please keep pets off of beds and furniture. If pet hair is found on the beds or furniture, this will result in a fee from housekeeping
-When letting you pet outside, or taking him/she on a walk, please keep on a leash for your pets own safety.
- Damages:
-You will have until 12am after check-in to report any preexisting damages. Any damages or missing items not reported within this time period will be charged to your card linked to the reservation after check-out
-You will be charged extra fees for stained linens/towels, stained bedding and/or furniture, excessive cleaning, missing items, broken items, or any damage that’s been done to anything in the house, or to the house itself
-If something is broken during your stay, please let us know right away so we can replace it in a timely matter.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to book
• Guests not listed at time of booking are NOT permitted on premises.
- Unapproved guests will result in a penalty Fee of $250/guest plus $50 for each night unapproved guests stayed at the house
• Remove your shoes inside the house.
• The locked bedroom downstairs is off limits
• Do not use white towels to remove make-up. We provide small dark clothes for this purpose
• Only open screened windows
• Lock all doors before leaving
• Replace all furniture to their original place before you check-out, we will charge extra if housekeeping has to move furniture
• Reconnect all electronic devices before you check-out, we will charge extra if we have to do this
