Heerlijk verblijf in Burg Boetzelaer
Burg Boetzelaer was zeer verrassend. We hadden een mooie kamer met 2 verdiepingen. Slaapgedeelte en woongedeelte. De badkamer was ook perfect. Goede douche!
Alles zag er netjes en verzorgd uit.
Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar wel genoeg keuze. Maar 16 euro is teveel gezien wat er is.
'S avonds heerlijk gegeten in Kalkar en gewandeld in het Uedemer Hochwald.

Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen und am Rand eines völlig veralten Gewässers, das entsprechend unangenehm riecht. Das Gebaüde ist eine modern sanierte ehemalige Burgruine. Die Böden sind aus Holz und entsprechend hellhörig. So lief über Teilen meines Zimmers eine Treppe und als die Gäste nachts heimkamen, war ich wach. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, auf den ersten Blick sauber, aber ich fand diverse Dinge meiner Vorgänger (Bonbon, Schalen von Sonnenblumenkernen, Erdnüsse).
Die technischen Einrichtungen (Fernseher, Sat-Anlage, DVD-Player) waren weit mehr als 10 Jahre alt, das Bild verwaschen und die Fernbedienungen abgegriffen und ziemlich ekelhaft. Es wurde auch nicht jeden Tag geputzt und mein Bett wurde überhaupt nicht gemacht. Nur die Handtücher wurden in vier Tagen einmal gewechselt. Die Betten sind weich und die Matratzen billig. Im Badezimmer lief die Dusche nicht richtig ab und der Waschtisch wackelte. irgendwie macht das alles den Eindruck, dass es zwar mal gut in Schuss war, aber jetzt einiges an Pflege fehlt. Zur Zeit meines Aufenthalts wurde die Zufahrt geteert und ich musste jeden Tag 10 bis 15 Minuten zu einem Parkplatz laufen. Dennoch wurde der volle Preis verlangt und auch keine Kompensation (zum Beispiel kostenfreies Frühstück) angeboten. Wiederholung eher unwahrscheinlich.

Fijn hotel, ontspannen sfeer. Even in een andere tijd. Jammer dat er een autoweg vlakbij ligt maar dat doet niet af aan de kwaliteit van dit "historische plekje"

Verblijf in luxe kamer.
Mooie grote kamer. Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Wel nog verzoek om mondmasker te dragen, maar die verkochten ze voor 50 eurocent (de duurdere variant, dus goedkoop). Mijn verblijf was 11 op 12 oktober en niet, zoals jullie aangeven, van 10 op 11.

Schöne Nacht in der Vorburg
Wir haben ein Zimmer in der Vorburg bekommen, was nicht schlecht war. Zimmername: Gaukler. Bei der Buchung durch Hotels.com war dies nicht erkennbar. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Ruhig, leckeres Frühstück, schöne Umgebung in der Nähe (Kalkar, Schloss Moyland Kleve usw.), freundliches Personal, großes Zimmer mit großem Bad.
Einziger negativer Punkt:
Die Betten haben Räder und diese rollen auch. Allein das Aufsetzen im Bett führte zu einer Bewegung des Bettes, Das Doppelbett besteht natürlich aus zwei Betten. Die streben nicht immer in die gleiche Richtung ;-)
Wie gesagt einziger negative Punkt. Könnte man leicht abstellen!

Ça aurait pu mieux se passer ...
Attention ! Le gérant n'a pas l'air d'avoir l'habitude de hôtel.com. il a exigé que nous lui payons la chambre alors que celle ci avait déjà été réglée auprès d'hôtel.com. bémols : la literie n'est pas d'excellente qualité, beaucoup trop molle et les oreillers encore plus moux. Les rideaux ne sont pas suffisants pour couper le soleil au matin.
