“It is an excellent property, centrally located, metro rail station just a step away from its gates, with smartly appointed rooms with all modern amenities, Buffet breakfast served at the restaurant, a mix of Indian and European fare, included in the tariff, was excellent. What impressed us the most was the attitude of the staff, always polite, helpful and cheerful. Very special among them was Ms Pavana, at the reception desk, who addressed all our requests with clockwork efficiency, always with……

“Vi är ett äldre par som reser runt på egen hand i Kerala, mestadels på budgethotell. Här ligger standarden på en helt annan nivå. Allt håller hög klass, speciellt frukosten och buff’en på kvällen. Enda nackdelen är läget vid en mycket hårt trafikerad gata - man går inte gärna ut och promenerar runt kvarteret. I så fall får man ta en tuk-tuk till något mer trevligt ställe.”

The cook met us at each meal to say what could be accommdated and what needed to be avoided, which wasn't much via their adjustments. Lovely meals too. Would highly recommend!”
