“Very excellent property with both river and ocean view. Located at close proximity to Bentota beach. Excellent customer service with courteous staff members. Special mention to the Chef Mr. Sunny Mehta who made sure we are served authentic cuisines especially for my senior aged parents. Thanks to the team and a very strong recommendation to anyone who is visiting bentota”

“Unfortunately this place is in desperate need of investment. The kerb appeal is very good but the jetty for example is falling into the river and not as pictured. The room wasn't very clean which is a great pity as the owner is very friendly. The food was lovely, we had both Breakfast and evening meals and could not fault them. It just a great shame that it is not as good as it could be. If the owner makes a investment in his property he could definitely charge more to stay.”

“The bedsheets and mattress were wet and some moist smell was coming. One half of the bathroom sliding door was broken. The beds are very small for twin beds’ size. There was no proper process/queue for check-in. It was not managed properly and anyone was coming in between and was checking in. The hotel seems to be overcrowded. The beach was not accessible. There were stones and fisherman boats were there which made the water smell oily and bad. The only good thing in hotel was swimming pool and……

“the only attraction of this hotel is the wonderful seaview / beach view. the same comment before i book and after i stayed there. Another attractions after I stayed there .....1/ swimming pool, long enough to swim and not many ppl swim there. 2/ the Squirrel walk around the beaches all the time and they don't afraid of people. Service is fair only. I arrived at 7pm, they took 30 mins to send me my luggage and the staff is NOT willing to leave to get my tips until i open the door. When i……
