“The friendliest and kindest staff! I had a very warm welcome and the following days they made sure I had what I needed and offering me water, te/coffee with snacks. While in Bukhara I had my birthday and the manager had ordered a birthday cake for me - the absolute sweetest!! I have never been treated so good at a hotel. Plus, the hotel location is excellent- walking distance to everything. Highly recommend this hotel. ”

“We were a booking of three women travelling independently from the UK. Hotel Iman was a great choice: clean, comfortable and a great location in Bukhara. “For those tourists looking for lobby lounge, bountiful breakfast buffets, and many staff looking after you , this is not your choice of stay. Bukhara is a well preserved city over 2000 years with the same layout, not multi-lane ,statue and fountain, metropolis. You don’t want large hotels in a city like this unlike Samarkand, which has a different history of the city. “I tried to check in and then the staff there explained that cannot give room to me since there is someone very sick stayed at my room and they couldn’t check out. The situation last until 6pm for the day of my check-in. I am not sure if it is just an excuse to sell my booking to another hotel. Besides, please send your guest to hospital if he is so sick ”
