“It was terrible experience and the hotel was dirty, filthy, unfinished and in the night the hotel full of drunken people. I had a bad experience. Never I will visit again. No food available everything you have to buy from outside. No bath towel provided, there was no hot water supplied. Bed sheet was not changed. Over all it was very dirty ”

“The staff starting with the front desk, the kitchen staff, hospitality services, cleaning staff , the folks outside assisting with embarking/disembarking were all magnificent and treated me like royalty! Different folks were alternating between day and night shifts but kept up their enthusiasm and professionalism. Overall a magnificent experience!! The room was great, food was great, ambience was great, can’t say enough about how good everything was! Strongly recommend as the best place to stay……

“Property was clean and staff was excellent but property is in an isolated spot and surrounding is not very good for for walking or moving around. It’s also far from the airport so not that convenient. Also I wish they had more authentic food .”

“Staff attitude was excellent. Check in experience was excellent. Property is in good shape. The disappointment was in the bed, which matters the most when you’re traveling. The bed sheets were worn out and had stains all over (quite disgusting). When I lifted the bed cover at night I noticed the bed sheet wasn’t changed from the previous stay (crumpled up). Extremely disgusting. Just ended up sleeping on top of the bed cover instead. Had a terrible sleepless night.”

“Room condition is very bad. Broken bathrooms. Overall hotel is very clean and staff behaviour is ok. Food options is very less. Not worth the price that you pay online. What I realised is that there is a big difference in online and direct hotel price. I booked from Expedia and I was offered exactly half the price of the rooms at the hotel. ”
