"Great place "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and continue to love it. The Premier side is very clean and quiet, the location is convenient, and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. The bathrooms are well-appointed, with high-quality amenities, and daily slippers are provided—a nice touch you don’t even always see at properties like the Four Seasons or Ritz-Carlton unless requested. The only drawback is that service can be inconsistent. Some reception staff have limited English and aren’t always familiar with hotel policies when asked. I understand this is a foreign country, but if you’re working in hospitality and serving international guests, basic English proficiency is essential. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent amenities, and I keep returning despite the occasional service hiccup."

"The hotel was great and so was the shuttle. Both shuttle drivers were very helpful. The shuttle does run in the morning. It starts at 4am and runs every half hour. The hotel provides a good shuttle schedule. This was a great place to stay especially after a long flight to Japan. "

"The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful and we took advantage of the free shuttle to and from the train station to allow us to do an excursion and also used the shuttle for the airport drop off. The driver for the shuttles were friendly and the airport shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful making sure we got to the correct terminal and put our luggage on board. The staff also helped us weigh our luggage as well as we packed the night before our departure. I would recommend this place for sure and I would come back here when I return to Japan and need a place to stay close to the airport. Even though it is far from the city- it’s a good place to stay if need to be at the airport for an early flight or don’t want to deal with traffic on the roads or trains. The seven eleven a few mins walk from the hotel was very handy. "

"Everything was wonderful about this hotel...staff very attentive and friendly, room is clean, spacious and the balcony overlooking the theme park was a plus. Enjoyed watching the ferries wheel change color and design every 15 minutes. Breakfast was amazing! Conveniently located to the train station and shopping. Would definitely stay there again!!!"
