The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff ...

What an incredible stay. Every tiny detail was carefully curated and thoughtful. I wish I had taken more/better photos, but the pictures do not do it justice anyway.
