"There is non stop shuttle service to airport and trains. Really good breakfast there specially coffee my favorite. Reception check in check out by kiosk but if you have some questions better knows Japanese. Tuvalet is really small not comfortable. There is convenience store open late time really useful, maybe 24 Im not sure. But close to Naritasan Shinshoji Temple spouse to see."

I wish we could have checked in early, my flight after 16 hrs with a baby made us very tired and we arrived at 1 pm they wouldn’t let us check in until 3pm. That was real miserable. "Breakfast was great, lots of selection. Our first night we ended up having to move rooms as something was wrong with the vent and it was very loud. Staff were lovely gave us keys to the new room and allowed us to move our things the next morning. Pool and hot tub were good. Room itself was okay not the cleanest but not too bad. We did book a non-smoking room but there was still a bit of a smoke smell. Something not mentioned is there is a free shuttle to the train station which is great. "

"Staff were lovely. Did not end up staying the night. Got to the room which was very dirty and outdated, and left. Staff were nice and offered full refund. Also be aware the public bath is 700yen which is not mentioned in the property details section but in fine print at the bottom. I would not recommend this hotel the whole wing we were placed in was old and dirty. "

"I was given a smoking room, which was not requested. I was able to switch out so that was pretty easy. Shuttle to and from airport runs on time. The breakfast wasn’t great, offered egg squares that isn’t taste like eggs, too sweet. The glazed meatballs were good option but more of a lunch/dinner meal such as soups as well. Overall stay was alright for the price, you get what you pay"

"It was a good stay for one night after a long flight. Property was about 15 minutes from the train station but there’s a bus stop a minute or two walk from the hotel. The gentleman that helped me check in spoke excellent English and was very helpful. There’s a convenient store in the lobby. Airport shuttle was a plus. The only complaint I had was a big group of tourists were very noisy and quite pushy. Other than that, for the price and convenience, this hotel is perfect for a solo traveler. It’s clean and it let my needs."
